Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of triagered.com and any purchase you make from Triage Red. By placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who we are

Triage Red is an independent apparel brand based in Kansas City, Missouri, operated as a sole proprietorship. Contact: hello@triagered.com.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order — for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, we cannot verify your payment or address, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel and refund rather than fulfill it.

Products and fulfillment

Our products are printed to order by a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because of this, production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for current timelines.

Product information

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Mockups are representative. Print placement, color, and shade may vary slightly between production runs and between screens. Minor variation is a normal part of direct-to-garment printing and is not a defect. If a product arrives materially different from its description, our Return and Refund Policy covers you.

Sizing

Size charts are published on every product page. You are responsible for checking them before ordering. Because every shirt is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing mistakes made by the customer.

Humor, designs, and affiliation

Triage Red designs are humor and lifestyle apparel created for and by first responders. They are satire. Nothing on this site or on our products should be taken as medical advice, operational guidance, or a statement of policy.

Triage Red is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fire department, EMS agency, hospital, government body, or professional organization. Our designs do not represent any real department, agency, or jurisdiction. Any resemblance to a real agency's insignia is unintentional. Do not wear our products in any context where they could be mistaken for an official uniform or credential.

Our products are casual apparel. They are not personal protective equipment, station wear, or duty gear, and they are not rated or certified for any protective purpose.

Intellectual property

The Triage Red name, logo, designs, product copy, photographs, and site content belong to Triage Red. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or use them to make or sell products without written permission. Buying a shirt does not transfer any rights to the design on it.

User content

If you tag us, send us photos, or leave a review, you give us permission to repost that content on our site and social channels with credit. Tell us if you want it taken down and we will remove it.

Third-party links and platforms

Our site links to third-party platforms including TikTok Shop, Etsy, and social media. Purchases made on those platforms are governed by that platform's terms and policies, not these.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triage Red's liability for any claim relating to a product or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version published when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
