Shipping Policy

Every Triage Red shirt is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you — when you order, your shirt gets made. That is why the timelines below have two parts.

How long it takes

Production: Most orders leave production in 3–5 business days.
Delivery: typically 3–8 business days or sooner after your order ships, depending on where you are in the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. Any active free-shipping promotion is applied automatically.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating. That is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

Where we ship

United States, including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows.

Multiple items

If you order more than one shirt, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will get a tracking number for each package. You are not charged extra for split shipments.

Wrong address

Check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately. If the order has not entered production we can usually fix it. Once it ships, we cannot reroute it. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address and cover the new shipping cost.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking has not updated in 10 business days, or shows delivered but you do not have it, email us with your order number. Check with neighbors and your building's mail area first — carriers mark packages delivered early more often than you would think. If it is really gone, we will resend your order or refund you.
